    對此，立法院長蘇嘉全5日受訪表示，他不希望各政黨以霸占院會發言台或主席台的方式阻礙議事，因此，5日會再邀集協商，希望讓6日的會議順利進行。蘇嘉全說：『(原音)明天就會進入逐條討論，我們會照議事方式進行，不太希望任何黨派利用各種機會霸占主席台或發言台阻礙議事進行，因為一休一例攸關台灣經濟發展，所以今天會跟黨團來協商。』

    攸關勞工「周休二日」的「勞動基準法部分條文修正草案」，經過2日立法院院會大體討論程序後，可望在6日院會進入二、三讀程序，由於勞工團體還是對修法條文不滿，外界關注在野黨是否會祭出杯葛拖延議事程序。









  • 由於勞工團體還是堅決反對修法，甚至2日當天還圍毆國會議員，為此，蘇嘉全表示，每項法案都會有正、反意見，關鍵在於，政黨必須對自己的決策負責，而不是用杯葛方式癱瘓國會。蘇嘉全說：『(原音)如果都用杯葛方式，整個立法院就癱瘓，那立院乾脆解散，所以各自負起政黨責任，為自己的政策來讓所有人民做最後的裁判，我覺得這才是民主。』
